What we cover

• Arrived damaged or faulty: full refund or replacement, including shipping — just send us a photo.
• We sent the wrong item: full refund or replacement, our cost.
• Not as described: full refund on return.
• Changed your mind: return within 30 days unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is on you.
